At WrapJKT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, here's everything you need to know.
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return, in accordance with European consumer protection regulations.
Conditions
Garment condition
For a return to be accepted, the item must:
- Be in perfect condition, with no signs of wear.
- Retain all original tags.
- Be packed in its original packaging or equivalent.
Returns of used, washed, or altered garments will not be accepted.
Process
How to request a return
- Email us at hello@wrapjkt.com with your order number and reason.
- We will respond within a maximum of 48 business hours with shipping instructions.
- Once the garment is received and verified, we will process the refund within 5 to 10 business days.
Costs
Who pays for shipping?
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an order error — in which case WrapJKT assumes the full cost.
Refunds
Same payment method
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase. We do not offer cash refunds.
Exchanges
Limited edition
As we work with limited editions, we cannot guarantee availability for direct exchanges. If you need a different size, we recommend returning the garment and placing a new order.
