If you're looking for a waterproof women's jacket, you need information about its protection from water, as well as a shape or color you like. It's worth distinguishing this need from choosing a windbreaker for everyday wear.

Neither the fabric's appearance nor the product name is enough to confirm that a garment is designed for heavy rain. Check what protection the manufacturer states for that model and whether it suits your needs.
